Farm 2 Community (F2C) connects families directly with organic farmers, fishermen and small producers across Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karnataka. You can reach us at Farm2Community2025@gmail.com or on +919600119102. Our address is DABC Arboretum, 65/5 Polachery, Chennai 600127.

Only what you type into an enquiry form, on a product page or from your cart:

• Your name and phone number
• Your delivery address
• Your email and preferred delivery day, if you fill them in
• The list of products you want, and any message you add

That is the whole list of what you hand us. Separately, we count visits with Google Analytics, described below. We run no advertising pixels and we sell nothing to anyone.

F2C has no online checkout and takes no payments here. Your cart is saved in your own browser so you can build an order over several visits, and none of it reaches us until you send the enquiry yourself. Clearing your browser storage clears the cart.

We use your details to confirm what is available, tell you the collection or delivery day for the next community pre-order, and contact you about that order. We do not sell your details, rent them, or send you marketing you did not ask for.

An enquiry is saved to our own database and copied to the tools we run the orders from: our email inbox, our WhatsApp, and our Google Forms and Sheets records. Those services see the details as part of delivering them to us.

Two things on this site are run by other companies. The map on the contact and cart pages is embedded from Google Maps, and our ordering groups are WhatsApp Communities run by Meta. Both apply their own privacy terms when you use them.

We use Google Analytics to see how many people come to the site and which pages they read. It is how we know whether any of this is worth doing. It records that a page was opened, roughly which town or city it was opened from, and what kind of device and browser were used.

It does not tell us who you are, and we never join it up with the name, phone number or address you send on an enquiry. Those two things stay entirely separate. Google processes what it collects under its own terms as the provider of the service.

If you would rather not be counted, an ad blocker, your browser’s tracking protection, or Google’s own opt-out add-on will all keep you out of it, and the site will work exactly the same.

Google Analytics sets a couple of small cookies so it can tell one visit apart from the next. Other than those, the only cookies this site issues are login cookies for our own staff pages, which you will never receive by browsing the shop. Refuse all of them in your browser settings and nothing here stops working.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to run the community pre-orders and settle with our producers. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of a completed order.

Write to Farm2Community2025@gmail.com and you can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. We will not ask you to justify the request. If something about how we have handled your details bothers you, tell us first and we will try to put it right.

Our programs are open to children, but the enquiries and orders on this site are made by adults. We do not knowingly collect details directly from children.

If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and move the date at the top. This version is dated 14 August 2026.
